Someone's acccusation against the symphony orchestra destroying historical buildings - painted on a wall along the edge of a largely empty piece of land along Fuxing Lu (presumably after demolition) - for some reason half the land is covered in tennis courts, a bit strange in ultra-dense Shanghai - not sure of any specifics about this dispute though
